Booking Procedure, Payment Terms and Cancellation :
(A) Booking Reconfirmation Procedure:
- Confirmation: After successfully processing the booking a confirmation with a booking reference no will be sent to you.
- Re-Confirmation: All booking has to be reconfirmed with us minimum 07 days prior to the date off arrival along with confirm arrival details, failure in doing the same we will considered as cancellation and in such cases the advance deposit will be retained as processing fee.

Kindly Pay 25% as a token of advance on the Company Account to Confirm and book your tour package.
You Have to pay Minimum of 25% of the Total Amount of the Package to Book your Tour Package Rest 75% will be Paid after Checking in to the Hotel.
(C) Cancellation:-
* All cancellation has to be send to us only by Email/Fax and charges will be applicable as per the following:
* Before reconfirmation for Cancelling (7 days prior to the date of Arrival): Initial Deposit must be 25% of the Total Amount of the Package to Cancel your Tour Package
* Below is the Details of the Charges for your Cancellation
* 0 - 7 days after Booking = No Charges
* 8-15 days after Booking = 20%
* Above 15 days of Booking = 50%
Child Policy Terms & Conditions:
* Children above 10+ years will be charged 100% as per Adult Rate (EPSR)
* Children of 5+ to 10 sharing parent’s room will be charged as per CWB or CNB
* Children below 5 years Complimentary.
(Hotels are quite strict with the child policy. Hence please carry the age proof so that it can be produced when asked for)
